SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping on US orders of $75
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. All orders will be given a tracking number. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with lost or stolen packages and package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned or exchanged. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable.
USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping
Due to increased shipping charges and postal delays during the pandemic, we now only offer USPS Priority flat rate shipping at $8 so customers can receive a tracking number and their purchase(s) within 5 business days after item has been shipped.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are valid for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via our contact page BEFORE placing your online order to avoid the need to return or exchange styles. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items.
Items sent for return are subject to a 10% Re-Stocking Fee.
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted if the clothing is in its original condition unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant, pet hairs, smoke, perfume, stains and have all original tags still attached.
All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.
We do not allow multiple returns/exchanges. Only 1 return/exchange will be processed per item purchased.
Once delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check for any damaged clothing. If an item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us for assistance.
